We would like to express how much we appreciated Tim Fergusson’s efforts and skill with regard to the sale of our property.

Throughout the stage of preparing the house for sale Tim provided expert advice and guidance.  He put us in contact with excellent tradesmen who were most cooperative in getting things done in a limited time frame.  Tim took interest beyond what would be expected and also assisted us in sorting out matters with the tenants to keep things moving.  This was particularly helpful in our situation as we are living interstate. 

Once photos were taken, Tim was very prompt with getting the house on the internet.   Even before our first open house a few days later, he took individuals through.  We were impressed with his flexibility in assisting buyers to view the house.   

Right through the whole process we found Tim to be readily available, responding quickly to any message left. He continued to provide support, guidance and assistance throughout the settlement period.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Tim.  We found him to be very open and straightforward.   He is an excellent communicator.  His friendly and appealing manner made it a pleasure to deal with him.
